Account details you provide (name, email, role), profile content artists and galleries submit for review, and messages, inquiry details (like delivery city/country and phone), and preferences you share when contacting an artist or using Artly's curator.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, route inquiries to the right artist or gallery, moderate submissions before they go live, send transactional emails (verification, replies, decisions), and improve the curator's recommendations.
3. Sharing with artists & galleries
When you inquire about a work, your message, name, email, and the delivery/contact details you provide are shared with the artist (or gallery) you're contacting so the sale can be arranged directly. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data retention
We keep account and inquiry data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
